Process for Resellers to Obtain Authorization Code for GeM Portal
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Request Authorization
Formal Request Letter: Draft a formal letter or email requesting authorization to resell our products on the GeM Portal. Include:
Company details (name, address, contact information)
Details of the products you wish to resell
GeM Portal reseller registration details
Documentation: Attach necessary documents such as business registration certificate, GST certificate, and any other documents required by the OEM.
OEM Requirements: Follow the specific procedures and requirements set by us for granting authorization. This include:
Signing an agreement or contract
Depositing a small sum of refundable security money
Undergoing a verification process
Step 4: Receive Authorization Code
Authorization Code Issuance: Once we approve your request, we will provide you with an authorization code.
Record Keeping: Safely store the authorization code and any associated documentation for future reference.
Step 5: Renewal and Updates
Monitor Expiration: Keep track of the authorization code’s validity period. Please Note: The authorization code provided by us will only be valid for a period of 15 day(s), ensuring an ample amount of time for the resellers to get their product added to cart.
