3. Orders & Payments

• Retail products are sold through Amazon. Amazon's terms apply to those transactions.
• Bulk and institutional orders are subject to a separate quotation and purchase order process.
• Payment terms, delivery timelines, and order quantities are confirmed in writing before dispatch.

4. Reseller Program

Reseller authorization is issued on a request basis, subject to documentation review and a refundable security deposit. Authorization is valid only for specified products or tenders, and pricing discipline must be maintained. UniforMD reserves the right to revoke authorization for any breach of terms.

5. Returns & Replacements

Bulk and customised orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or specification mismatch. Claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
